From the World of Polyamory

What's it like to be polyamorous? How do you deal with jealousy? What do your relationships look like? What does commitment look like to you? What suggestions do you have for people who are considering polyamory? What are the benefits of polyamory? What are the challenges or drawbacks?

These are some of the questions I asked some 60 people, so I could share their stories with people who are interested in polyamory, whether for themselves or because a friend or family member is polyamorous.

In most cases I've used pseudonyms to preserve the anonymity of the people I interviewed and their partners. For that reason I also omit identifying details, except in cases where the people I talked with were not concerned about identification. The comments in italics are my own comments, and are not specifically based on what I was told during the interview.
